Established in 2007, Guangzhou Juntu Auto Accessories is a professional supplier of LED/HID mining lights in China. We apply the ERP management mode, and our brand, UNTU, is famous in Europe, the US and Japan.
Our factory covers 1,400 square meters and houses three automatic production lines. Key equipment include BGA R work stations, programmable temperature and humidity chambers, universal LCR meters, AC power sources, standard color viewers, phase testers, waveform monitors, DC power supplies, goniophotometer systems, integrating spheres, lamp compute analysis systems, and high-accuracy spectroradiometers.
We have five R&D engineers with 10 years' industry experience. They are supported by 20% of our profits annually in order to release two to three new products each month. They can also design a new product based on client requirements within one month.
10 QC personnel with five years' experience ensure that we pass ISO 9001:2000 standards and that our products are CE- and E Mark-approved. QC procedure covers raw materials, semi-finished product, finished products (before and after burn-in), and QA. Our repair rate is less than 0.1%, and we provide warranties lasting 12 to 18 months.
We have 20 raw material suppliers, and main components are sourced from the US and Taiwan. Our production is 100% for export to Europe, the US, Japan, South Africa and Australia.
our four sales representatives have over three years' experience and are good with English and Japanese. There is no MOQ for most items, but as for new items, it is 20 pieces. Delivery time is seven to 15 days.
